Ideally each piece of it receiving an adequate amount of attention daily. The size of the pieces adjusting slightly as needed. Actively moving ones body. Connecting with spirit. Engaging the brain. Interacting with feeling. Every day. Seemingly simple yet an ongoing challenge.
